We run a marketing agency. We own ecommerce brands. We manage the same operational complexity our clients face every day – content production, inventory management, customer communication, administrative processes that consume hours and scale poorly.
We looked for automation partners who understood our businesses. What we found instead were generic tools, recycled templates, and AI outputs that sounded nothing like us. So we built our own systems. We invented our own quality processes. Entrepreneur and investor. Doug runs a marketing agency and a portfolio of ecommerce brands alongside DX3 Labs. He leads the technical team, building the AI-powered automation infrastructure and the processes that deliver it. His direct experience running the same types of businesses DX3 Labs serves means every workflow is designed around real operational needs, not theoretical improvements.
Stefanie McKerson - Co-Founder
